The listed duration covers every stage. It does not mean 90, 100 or 120 minutes of massage alone. Ask how much time is allocated to massage if that is your main priority.
Should You Add a Separate Massage?
You may prefer a standalone session if you want more massage time or a particular style. Compare Swedish, Balinese, Deep Tissue and Aromatherapy by their descriptions. Sports Massage is another focused option.
