Information you provide
Our inquiry forms collect your name, mobile or WhatsApp number, selected service and message. The contact form also accepts your email address and preferred appointment date. Inquiries include the source page, submission time and your choices about inquiry contact and optional marketing.
We use booking information to answer questions, discuss prices and availability, arrange appointments and communicate about your request. Sending a form does not automatically confirm an appointment.
Please do not send payment card details, identity documents or detailed medical records through these forms. Discuss any treatment-related concerns directly with the spa.
Optional WhatsApp offers
You can separately choose to receive Star Spa promotional offers on WhatsApp at the number you provide. This choice is optional and is not required to submit an inquiry or request a booking. Agreement to be contacted about your inquiry is separate from permission to receive offers.
Where the optional choice is presented, the inquiry email records whether you selected it, the wording and version of the notice, and the submission time. An unchecked or missing marketing choice does not grant new marketing permission. The website does not automatically subscribe you to a campaign.
To withdraw permission for WhatsApp offers, reply STOP to a promotional message or contact info@starspaluxor.com. This does not prevent messages needed to handle an existing booking. The team handles these requests and maintains the relevant marketing records.
Who receives your information
Website inquiries are emailed to info@starspaluxor.com and abmaxagency@gmail.com. ABMax Agency supports the website and receives a copy of submissions. Hosting, security and email providers also process information as part of operating the website and delivering messages.
When you choose WhatsApp, the conversation takes place through WhatsApp and is subject to its own privacy practices. Do not include information in a WhatsApp message that you do not want to share through that service.
Website technologies and third parties
The website uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tags for website measurement and advertising. These services may process page visits, interactions, device and browser information, identifiers and network information. The website also uses Google Fonts and embeds Google Maps. Loading these resources can connect your browser to Google services.
The site uses security and caching tools, including Wordfence and LiteSpeed. Technical information and logs may be processed to deliver pages, identify errors and protect the site. A light or dark display preference may be stored in your browser.

How long information is kept
Our policy is to delete inquiries that do not become bookings from the relevant email and WhatsApp records within 90 days after the last contact. This is handled by the team; submitting a form does not trigger automatic deletion.
Completed-booking and business records are retained for the purposes of managing the booking, handling follow-up questions and meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations. Where you separately opt in to marketing, the relevant contact and permission record may be kept while that permission remains active. A limited record of an opt-out may be retained to avoid sending further offers. Contact us for details about records relating to you.
Your choices and requests
You can contact info@starspaluxor.com to ask about information you provided, request a correction or deletion, or stop promotional messages. We may ask for enough information to verify your request and locate the relevant records. Some information may need to be retained for outstanding bookings or applicable recordkeeping obligations.
